How to minimise the appearance of cellulite on your legs and butt?

You already know the F word: frank, babe. It's time to embrace the C word: cellulite. Say it loud, say it proud. It's not a dirty word, so it shouldn't be hidden behind euphemisms or baggy pants.

Cellulite is normal. It's part of being a babe. Embrace it, jiggle it, wiggle it, tone it, own it. Do what you want with your cellulite. Butt first, let's get to know more about it.

What actually is cellulite?

Cellulite is the lumps and dimples that appear on your booty and beyond.

How does cellulite happen?

It's down to the way fat gets distributed under your skin. Under your skin, you have bands that hold your skin and muscle together — fibrous bands. Cellulite happens when fatty tissue moves between these bands and pulls them down, causing dimpling on the skin surface. And abracadabra, you've got cellulite.

Why do babes get cellulite?

There's no single clear reason. A few factors come into play: sex, genetics, and lifestyle. Women store fat differently in their bodies to men, which is why women are more likely to have cellulite.

Who can get cellulite?

Literally anyone. 80–90% of women have cellulite. It arrives after puberty for most babes, and you can have it even if you go to the gym five times a week. #letsbefrank.

Where can I get cellulite?

Your booty. Your belly. Your arms. Your legs. Wherever you've got skin, cellulite can happen.

What to do if you want a little less cellulite?

More or less, it's your body to feel good in. And while there's no way to permanently remove cellulite, there are things you can do to reduce its appearance.

Massage

Lymphatic drainage massage improves circulation and reduces fluid retention, both of which can help minimise the appearance of cellulite. When done with a firming body moisturiser, it also leaves your skin feeling soft and more toned. My Body Sculpt Tool is designed for exactly this kind of targeted massage. Use it with my Firming Body Cream for best results, and read my booty sculpting routine for the full technique.

Exfoliation and moisturising

Consistent scrubbing and moisturising improves skin texture and tone, which makes cellulite less obvious. My body scrubs are made with natural oils to soften, hydrate, and plump skin — leaving you more dewy and less dimply.

My Original Coffee Scrub is the classic. Use it 2–3 times a week in circular motions on your booty, thighs, and belly. For something that doubles as a body wash, my Rosehip Body Scrub & Cleanser uses sugar exfoliation alongside rosehip oil, jojoba, and shea butter to soften and hydrate skin in one shower step.

The right ingredients

Caffeine: Applied topically, caffeine has a tightening and firming effect on skin, which reduces the appearance of cellulite. It's why coffee sits at the centre of so many of my products.

Shea butter: A super body hydrator that softens skin and smooths over dimpled texture.

Grapeseed and jojoba oils: This hydrating duo leaves skin feeling supple and glowing, with fewer obvious lumps, bumps, and marks.

Find them together in my Firming Body Cream, built around Body 3 Complex™ and clinically tested to help reduce the visible appearance of cellulite with consistent use. Pair it with my Firming Booty Drops for a concentrated oil treatment on the booty and thighs.

And remember: you're a babe with and without cellulite. Pop it, drop it, tone it, own it. Do what you want with your cellulite/skin/booty. Butt first, feel good in it.
